Kaleidoscope

Hey there! So it looks like every sunday I have more time to write in my blog. It feels nice to just lay down and share.  So for tonight I wanted to share a few photos I took with a friend of mine from school. It was my first time using the camera and taking photos "as the photographer" Ariel and I collaborated and as always we connected and came up with these awesome shots.

enjoy!

Bronze Metal!

Here are some pictures of my recent styling work I did with my friend Laura Ho. The pictures turned out amazing! We decided that we wanted this shoot to have an organic feel, shapes and textures. Most of the styling was done by me and always working together with Laura and trying our best to decide on the same thing, and of course we did. The crown was done by me and it was really fun to do it the materials that I used were burlap wrap, wires, fake tree branches and some real ones, and then Laura finished it on painting the whole crown into that rustic color we were aiming for and it turned out great. Our muse Gabriel was such a trooper for being shirtless on a very cold San Francisco day. By the way the location was at the Sutro Baths in Point Lobos, San Francisco, CA.
Enjoy!

The truth is, connectedness between all existence is universal. The world is infinite by nature and being human is nature. And so because the world is infinite, so are we.

Limitlessness is not something to be proved, however. It is best to be felt.

Daily Makeup

Hola Everyone, so today I decided to have a quick post about my daily makeup products. First I want to let you know, I am not a big fan of makeup because I don't have a clue of what good products I need or what brands to use. I am always on the go and most of the times too lazy to take my time on doing my makeup so I always go for products that are easy and not too messy, of course at times when I go out and want to look my best, I take my time and experiment so I can have a different and a more fun look. But for now I will show you what I apply for that daily natural look that works for me. Although I will say I love Bobbi Brown it is perfect for my Oily Skin problems.

1. I use Garnier B.B skin renew cream color light/medium
2. Bobby Brown Oil-Free even finish comapct foundation warm natural 4.5
3. Lancome Dual Finish creme/powder Matte Bisque
4. For my eyes and I apply this a little under my eyes is NYX- Eyeshadow base ESB03
5. Highighting powder ELF Sunkissed
6. Physicians Formula- Powder Palette Multi-colored Bronzer
7. Physicians Formula- Multi-colored Blushing Rose
8. For my eyebrows I use a color pencil Covergirl- brow+eye pencil
9. For a light more neutral eyeshadow color I use Revlon- color stay mineral eye shadow Sunlit Jade
10. If I want to use eyeliner I use Maybelline-eyeliner Ebony Black
11. My favorite mascara I use is Covergirl- Very Black
12. When I don't want to wear lipstick I use Smith's Rosebud Salve Lip Balm
13. And when I do I wear a natural Bobbi Brown Rich lip color Uber Nude 33
14. And for a more pop up color I have Bobbi Brown weekend lip palette which includes a champagne glitter lip gloss, a washed sea shell creamy lip color, and sunrise lip color
and that is basically what I have in my makeup bag.

and this is me with my makeup, Yeay for natural looks!
If any of you have any recommendations or brands to check out let me know! (Oil-free preferred) ;)
Have a Beautiful Day!

y este soy yo con mi maquillaje, Yeay para el look natural!

Si alguno de ustedes tienen alguna recomendación o marcas para revisar me avisan! (Sin aceite preferido) ;)

Tengan un día hermoso!

Getting There

I hope everyone had a great valentines day and president's day weekend. My valentines day was mostly celebrated at night, I got off from class and my sweet boyfriend was waiting for me outside with flowers, it was great I never had anyone do that for me. Then he cooked dinner and bought me a coca cola and some ice cream, he is such a romantic and did an amazing job at making me feel more special. As for the weekend we went on a triple date adventure with friends to point Reyes in Marin county we were so lucky it was a gorgeous sunny day and no fog! So we were able to have a great view of the coast and enjoy the ocean breeze as we drank wine. Let me just say triple dates are very fun, we plan on keeping the tradition going. It was a good weekend and I was not looking forward to this week at all, I have been feeling pretty apathetic and under the weather, few headaches and stress. I have been trying to find a job, gone to a few interviews I am on the wait for call backs, and calling back to check on statuses to just know that I need to wait another week it gets very frustrating, since I need money to move out and start saving. I feel like I am getting there by starting to call and go on interviews so at least I am trying. School is pretty good my classes are great and entertaining, I am learning a lot about fashion show productions as well as the retail buying aspect all very necessary to know. At least I am enjoying that and having more ideas to make this blog even better. Some stuff that I have been improving with:
- Start a to do list
-maintain bedroom clean
-reflect on ideas
- be thankful for the good things every day
-Daily remind those who I love that I love them.
-read
-make a nice breakfast
- breathing exercises
I need to add more but so far that's what I got doing!

Have a Great Dia!
